City Of A Thousand Suns Festival near Berlin

Really looking forward to this one!!!

Following the success of last years event, City of A Thousand Suns will see its second edition on August 27, 2016 in collaboration with Sameheads, as the Berlin institution celebrates its 10th anniversary.

The event offers 24 hours of music over three floors, immersive visual installations, and a diverse and powerful programme including the only German performance from Invisible City Soundsystem, Telephones, Karen Gwyer, Inga Mauer, Sameheads regulars Vladimir Ivkovic and Gatto fritto plus many more including the odd unannounced special guest or two…

The celebration will reflect Sameheads’ ten years of experience in delivering their unique blend of avant-garde fashion exploration, fringe music wig-outs, experimental live showcases, exotic environments & personable atmospheres amidst the unique atmosphere of the 19th century Prussian fortress Fort Gorgast.

Vertical67 @ Krake Festival

Our chief inspector Vertical67 is playing tomorrow at Krake Festival here in Berlin. So if you feel kinda overwhelmed by the heavy, bass driven IDM Beats from within Suicide Circus come outside in the Garden and dance the Veggi-Dance with us. There are also some good names popping up for saturday at Griesmühle. We’re looking forward to listen to Ceephax Acid Crew, The Exaltics, Max Durante and some more.

It’s time to turnip the beet once again with VegLords and Co. at Lauschangriff to celebrate our ritual Veg Birthday. We’re proud to host the talented Idiron Soundtrack who has released music on The Centrifuge, Swishcotheque, Net Lab and Project 168. His unique blend of slamming jungle, tripped-out breaks and deeply lush electronics are a perfect birthday gift from us to us. Joining Idiron Soundtrack is „Die Kalte Hande“, an old friend of the family and diligent vinyl collector – expect a subtle mixture of rolling analog sounds and cheap house for your aural pleasure.

Alongside our special guests, we have the VegLord regulars Eutechnik with some warmup lushness, Amber126 who owns every IDM invented and DJ Octobird trying to glue this wild mixture of fresh ingredients together.
